Rental Agreement Overview

By booking a personal watercraft ("PWC") rental with Fast PWC Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and efficient rental experience for all parties involved in a California jet ski rental.

1. Eligibility Requirements

- Renters must be 18 years of age or older.

- A valid driver’s license and matching credit or debit card are required at pickup.

- The renting party must have a tow-capable vehicle (truck or SUV with hitch). We have ball hitches for rent for $15 and adapters for rent for $10. You can add those to your order at the time of booking.

- All operators must comply with California boating laws and jet ski safety rules.

3. Damage Deposit

A refundable $1500 damage deposit per watercraft is due at the time of pickup.

Accepted methods:

- Credit Card Authorization (temporary hold)

- Cash Deposit

This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the equipment in its original, undamaged condition and on time. Any damage, excessive wear, or late returns may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit. Damages that exceed the deposit will be charged to the original payment method.

4. Rental Periods & Restrictions

Daily Jet Ski Rentals (Tuesday–Thursday):

- Single-day use only

- Book your rental online

- Pickup at 8:30 am, return by 5 pm the same day.

Weekend Jet Ski Rentals (Friday–Monday):

- Reserve online

- 2-day minimum rental

- Pickup Friday between 2:00–5:00 pm

- Return Monday by 11:00 am (unless Monday falls on a Federal holiday in which case the renter will be charged for an extra day of fun. Return on Tuesday at 11 am).

- No single-day rentals allowed Friday–Monday.

Weekly Jet Ski Rentals (6+ days):

- Receive 20% off all rental days

- Book online, choose your pickup and return day and times.

5. Equipment Inclusions

Each rental includes:

- 3-seater Yamaha WaveRunner (Premium or Ultra Premium)

- Trailer hookup assistance

- Life jackets for all passengers

- Fire extinguisher

- Anchor for beach docking

6. Use of Equipment

Renters may tow and operate the watercraft at any legal launch point across California, Arizona, or Nevada, including but not limited to:

- Freshwater lakes, rivers, and ocean harbors

- Launch points must allow private jet ski launches

- Rider assumes all liability for operation at the chosen location.

7. Late Returns & Fees

All equipment must be returned on time to avoid fees:

- Any unreturned equipment after 24 hours will be considered stolen and reported to authorities.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details. All booking deposits are refundable unless there is damage to the Yamaha WaveRunner.

9. Assumption of Risk & Liability

By renting with Fast PWC Rentals, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of jet ski operation. Renters agree to:

- Wear life jackets at all times

- Operate the Yamaha WaveRunner responsibly and lawfully

- Assume full responsibility for damage, injury, or citations incurred during use

You further agree to sign a liability waiver when you book online.

10. Business Right to Refuse Service

Fast PWC Rentals reserves the right to:

- Refuse service to anyone suspected of impairment, fraud, or unsafe behavior

- Cancel or reschedule rentals due to severe weather or safety concerns.
